Here we are again and how quickly the week keeps flying by.
Some good
news that the ballot was drawn for the ‘Great North Run – Half Marathon’ and I have
a place. I am beyond excited.
The Great
North Run is one of the largest and well known half marathon’s in the UK
I am so excited.
Ok down to
business.
Breakfast was
scrambled egg and toast
Lunch was some left over pastryless quiche and salad with beetroot.
Dinner was a
very tasty prawn and noddle soup.

I have been watching
and really enjoying the winter Olympics.
